 Dr. Frank is available by pager at all times. To reach him after hours, you may contact him through the answering service by calling the regular office number (219-924-3377).
It is a good idea to have the phone number of your local pharmacy available before you call them in case they need to call you in a prescription. If for some reason you are unable to reach the doctors and you think you are experiencing a serious problem, please go directly to the nearest emergency room.

Driving Directions from Downtown Chicago
From the I-90/94 Dan Ryan Expressway, go east following signs to Indiana. I-94 will merge into I-80/94. Exit South on Calumet (Exit 1) toward Munster. Travel about 2 miles on Calumet Avenue, cross over the railroad tracks, then turn right on 45th Avenue. Your first right on 45th Ave is the entrance to the Muster Medical Center at 761 45th Avenue. Aria Surgery is in the West Entrance of the building. Travel time is about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.

Travel South on Cicero Avenue for about 3 miles. Make a left turn onto W. 79 th Street. Travel on W. 79 th Street for about 6 miles. Make a right onto S. Lafayette Avenue and keep left onto the ramp. At exit 61A, take ramp (left) onto I-94 Dan Ryan Expressway. I-94 will merge into I-80/94. Exit South on Calumet (Exit 1) toward Munster. Travel about 2 miles on Calumet Avenue, cross over the railroad tracks, then turn right on 45th Avenue. Your first right on 45th Ave is the entrance to the Muster Medical Center at 761 45th Avenue. Exit South on Calumet (Exit 1) toward Munster. Travel about 2 miles on Calumet Avenue, cross over the railroad tracks, then turn right on 45th Avenue.
